National Lobster Day is June 15th, and to help you observe this most significant holiday, we present some of the tastiest lobster dishes being served up around town.

This weekend only: Cull & Pistol at Chelsea Market in Manhattan is offering a foot-long lobster roll. Don’t miss it!

Lobster Alert! Luke’s Lobster—the best lobster roll purveyors in New York City IMO—is opening its sixth NYC location and first Brooklyn unit this Monday at Brooklyn Bridge Park, along with one of my favorite sandwich shops, No. 7 Sub. Now you have a reason to leave the house on Memorial Day!

This is just ridiculous: a lobster roll topped with osetra caviar and sea urchin. You can get it for $35 at Manon in New York City through Urban Daddy.

To celebrate, the Brooklyn Diner in Manhattan is debuting the Lobster Grilled Cheese Sandwich at both of its locations. Made with Vermont cheddar, Gruyère and Parmesan cheeses and fresh Maine lobster, this sandwich costs a robust $29. But hey, National Grilled Cheese Day only comes once a year—treat yo self!
Lobster huevos rancheros + lobster claw bloody mary + coffee = $19 at The Lobster Joint in Greenpoint (the Lower East Side location offers the same prix-fixe menu). You can’t get a better brunch deal than that!

Five words: SALTED CARAMEL LOBSTER GRILLED CHEESE
This beast, officially named the Salted Caramel Angry Lobster Fatty Melt, is made with six different types of cheese and a red chili-chipotle lobster salad, topped with caramel sauce. In honor of National Grilled Cheese Day on Friday, the sandwich is available this week only at Hudson Common for $22!

Today I had the lobster benedict and the lobster hash for brunch at Fulton on the Upper East Side. The hash comprised a medley of sliced baby yukon gold potatoes, pearl onions, parsley and chunks of lobster claw, tail and knuckle, doused in a savory brown gravy and topped with béarnaise. It’s a must-try for lobster lovers. The benedict was good too—a healthy portion of lobster claw and tail atop an English muffin, with a poached egg and béarnaise, which I could have used more of (that muffin was a little dry). The accompanying salad of perfectly seasoned mâche added a bright freshness to the dish. My husband also loved his fried oyster omelet. We can’t wait to come back for dinner!
